"Though I had heard the name Quiznos before I had never been in one of these places until recently, when I was shopping in Diablo Plaza. We have many fast food places in our town including another sandwich place, Subway. I thought I would give this place a try especially after seeing a commercial on TV for a Toasty beef sandwich.

When I entered the store I was very comfortable with the decor. Inside it's bright with some Tex Mex colours splashed on the walls. Big full glass windows let in the sun and the high bright florescent bulbs make the place even more cheery.

Seating was very comfortable. The floors and tables were spotless during a very busy lunch time.

The trash station was kept clean and clear and one thing I immediately liked was some direction as to where to order.  The overhead menu board had printing that was easily read from the ordering station.

The service was rapid, even though my sandwich was made by hand. The staff was very friendly and were attentive, which impressed me the most.

I liked the fact that the place has a self serve soft drink fountain or you can get some bottle sodas too, which are in a showcase where you can just grab it yourself.

I tried their Toasty Beef sandwich. I watched them slice the meat and measure it up. They then put on a few spices and then put it on the sub roll and send it through the toaster. I like the fact that the stay-in orders are put into a plastic tray that looks something like a black frying pan shape.

Plenty of napkins were given along with a beef gravy for dipping. The end result was a sandwich that was warm and had a nice crispy consistency. The bread was excellent and did not overpower the flavors of the meat and spices. I liked what I had, and the portion was fullfilling. I will definitely eat there again when I am in the area"
